LCM STUDIO
In our pursuit of promoting excellence and drawing from extensive industry experience, we have devised a flexible work program tailored to the needs of our models. We embrace the concept that each model is essentially an entrepreneur of their own business, with the freedom to manage their activities.
Our program operates in two time intervals, from 7-19 and 19-7. We provide models with the opportunity to choose their preferred interval and the number of working hours. This flexibility is mirrored in the commissions awarded, which vary based on the hours worked. We encourage models to self-motivate and set their own financial goals.
